After graduating university in the Philippines, Darlene took a leap of faith, moving to Singapore to look for work. She "got lucky" as she says, and found a family in Hero's in 2015. Since then, Darlene has worked her way up to Customer Service Manager, and is a consummate professional - except when it comes to ribbing the boss! (They are known as Tom and Jerry round these parts!) The best lesson she's learnt from working at Hero's? Embracing diversity, she says.
