experience to Hero’s with almost 20 years in the F&B industry and roles spanning
some of the most prestigious nightspots in the region. Though he may appear
serious, that’s only because he’s making sure you get the coldest beer, tastiest
cocktail or most lethal shot! Indeed, Billy’s extremely proud of the amazing bar team
